Event review queue
Events with status pending (oldest activity first). Approving publishes the event and may enqueue the "new event" push when appropriate.
Trust organizer (manual)
Sets isApprovedOrganizer.manual without removing a future automatic flag. KYC will use automatic later; the app currently treats only manual as approval.
